At our practice, we follow a patient-centric treatment approach tailored to each individual’s needs. As permitted under New Jersey regulations, we operate as an out-of-network provider for all medical insurance plans and do not participate directly with medical or dental insurance networks.
- For sleep apnea treatment, we submit medical claims on your behalf to help facilitate reimbursement from your insurance.
- For TMJ-related care, we provide a detailed superbill and a medical necessity letter to assist you in submitting a claim for potential reimbursement.
