Insurance & Payment Policy
At our practice, we follow a patient-centric treatment approach tailored to each individual’s needs. As permitted under New Jersey regulations, we operate as an out-of-network provider for all medical insurance plans and do not participate directly with medical or dental insurance networks.
For Sleep Apnea
For sleep apnea treatment, we submit medical claims on your behalf to help facilitate reimbursement from your insurance.
For TMJ-Related Care
For TMJ-related care, we provide a detailed superbill and a medical necessity letter to assist you in submitting a claim for potential reimbursement.
Payment
We accept all major forms of payment in-office, including debit, credit card, check, cash, and Zelle.
We add 3% for debit and credit card transactions.
